Biographical Information
"Charles is Chairman of TalkTalk Group. As the founder of Carphone Warehouse he was instrumental creating TalkTalk following the acquisition of Opal in 2002. Since then he has directed the development of TalkTalk to become one of the leading telecommunications businesses in the UK. Sir Dunstone has been a Non Executive Director of Halifax PLC since February 2000. He serves as Non-Executive Director of Independent Media Distribution PLC and Clareville Capital Partners LLP. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Daily Mail & General Trust PLC from 2001 to February 8, 2012. He served as a board member of Kudu Fund Limited until May 2007, Mobile Telesystems OJSC since June 24, 2010 and Bank Of Scotland plc until April 29, 2008.
