Background

The South Texas Crude Oil Pipeline System transports crude oil originating in South Texas, including the Eagle Ford basin, to refineries in the Greater Houston area. The System includes the Eagle Ford Expansion pipeline, which originates at the Lyssy station in Wilson County, Texas and extends 147 miles to Sealy, Texas. It also includes the Rancho I and II pipelines, which extend from Sealy, Texas to the Enterprise Crude Houston Oil (ECHO) Pipeline in Harris County, Texas.
