Mr. Mobley retired as senior vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel of DuPont, a global science company, and a member of DuPont’s Office of the Chief Executive. Mr. Mobley was with DuPont for 35 years and had senior management responsibility for legal and governmental affairs. Mr. Mobley is a director of Wilmington Trust Company, a financial services company, and Nuclear Electric Insurance Ltd. Mr. Mobley also serves on the board of trustees of Howard University.
