Stephen P. Crosby "is founder and publisher of CCI/Crosby Publishing, the creator and publisher of various magazines including high-quality family and children's television programming: Access Learning and Threshold, for Cable in the Classroom; Better Viewing, for cable television operators; Teachers Digest, for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; and Stargazer magazine, for Bell Atlantic Video Services.
