Stephen Peter Rosen
Professor Stephen Peter Rosen, the Beton Michael Kaneb Professor of National Security and Military Affairs at Harvard University, has published articles on ballistic missile defense, the American theory of limited war, and on the strategic implications of the AIDS epidemic.
Rosen was granted tenure in the Government Department in 1996 and had previously been associate director of the John M. Olin Institute for Strategic Studies since 1990. Before returning to Harvard in 1990, Rosen was a professor in the strategy department at the U. S. Naval War College, a consultant for the President's Commission on Integrated Long-term Strategy, and director of political-military affairs at the National Security Council in the Ronald Reagan White House.[1]
A 1974 graduate of Harvard College, he holds a Ph.D. in political science from Harvard.

Giuliani foreign policy team
On July 10, 2007, Rudolph W. Giuliani announced the "line-up" of his foreign policy team, which included Rosen, Ed Lasky wrote in the American Thinker.[2]
Rosen will serve as Senior Defense Advisor.[3]
