Stephen Ramsey "has been vice president of Corporate Environmental Programs at General Electric since 1990. An environmental attorney, he served for seven years in the U.S. Department of Justice where, for five years, he was chief of the environmental enforcement section. He received the Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award in 1983. Mr. Ramsey is the former chair of the Toxic and Environmental Torts Committee of the American Bar Association. He received his law degree from the University of Texas and undergraduate degree from Princeton University.“ [1]
