Stuart Grimshaw
Stuart Grimshaw "joined the Commonwealth Bank as Group Executive Financial and Risk Management in January 2002 and was appointed Group Executive Wealth Management in March 2003. In April 2006, he was appointed Group Executive Premium Business Services. Premium Business Services manages the Group’s institutional, corporate, business and high net worth personal client relationships. It also undertakes financial markets activities in foreign exchange, equity debt and derivatives.

"Stuart was formerly Chief Executive Officer, Great Britain, for the National Australia Bank and responsible for National’s Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks. In this role, Stuart had direct accountability for the operations of these two banks, including all aspects of customer interface, Board and regulatory reporting and financial performance.
"Stuart commenced his career in banking and finance as a graduate trainee with ANZ in 1983. He joined National Australia Bank in 1991 where he held senior credit, relationship, commercial and corporate banking roles, including an 18 month secondment to Morgan Stanley International Inc, New York."
