Background on Project

In May 2014, Indian state-owned firm Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) and Indonesian company PT Star Vyobros announced a partnership to build a 200-MW coal-fired power plant in South Sulawesi Province. Financial and other details were not announced at the time.[1][2]

However, there have been no subsequent developments on the project, and plans appear to be deferred or abandoned.
