Summer Boslaugh
Summer Boslaugh "is the Project Manager of the Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration for the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research. She has administrative responsibility for the Oregon operations of the multi-state collaboration focused on developing practical solutions to expand health information exchange while protecting patient privacy and security. Prior to this position, Ms. Boslaugh managed a variety or projects as Administrative Fellow at Southwest Washington Medical Center, including the development and implementation of a process improvement plan for a women and children’s clinic. She has also worked on domestic and international women’s health issues at the Moriah Fund, a medium-sized family foundation in Washington DC, and the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. Her volunteer experience in the U.S. and in Guatemala includes health outreach, research, fundraising, political organizing, and teaching. Summer holds a bachelor’s degree form Willamette University and a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Health Administration from the University of Washington." [1]
