Background
In 2009 it was reported that South African-based company South Ocean Holdings was discussing the possibility of buying coal and building a 400 MW power station in Swaziland. The project would be in collaboration with the government through the Swaziland Investment and Promotions Authority (SIPA).[1]
However, there has been little info about the project since the announcement, and it appears to be abandoned.
