{{#badges: CoalSwarm|Navbar-Croatiacoal}}TE Plomin is a 50:50 joint venture between HEP Proizvodnja and RWE Power.[1] TE Plomin owns the Plomin 2 plant, a 220 megawatt unit which was commissioned in 2000.[2]

The Plomin 2 plant is operated and maintained by HEP under a long-term contract with TE Plomin.[3]
