Background

A 270 MW power station by India-based Ta Ta Co is mentioned in a 2015 article about another proposed power station in Irrawaddy. The article says Ta Ta Co had signed a memorandum of understanding with the Burmese government for the coal plant near another plant planned for Nga Yoke Kaung, but does not state the exact location.[1]
