Tajinder Kaur
"ajinder is a highly motivated Quality Director with a sound knowledge of Financial accounting, HRD and experience of managing teams of up to 80 people on continuous improvement projects using techniques such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Team Orientated Problem Solving, Cause and Effect Diagrams, SPC amongst other TQM techniques. Tajinder is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 and TS 16949 and has a thorough working knowledge of ISO 14001. Her strengths include GAP analysis of management systems and identifying staff training needs.
"Tajinder is also a qualified teacher having completed a PGCE, she has 13 years teaching experience from 1996 – 2009 in both Primary and secondary setting and is currently undergoing Ofsted Section 48 Training. She is well equipped to contribute to this project as she has the education background, strengths in team building along with the latest continuous improvement strategies used in the automotive industry which can be applied to any setting including schools to take them on the journey to ‘world class’ status."[1]
