Biographical Information

"My doctoral training is in continental political theory, with a focus on the aesthetics and politics of the Frankfurt School. At NUS, I have attempted to work at the juncture of literary studies and cultural theory. My main research interest at present focusses on a transpositional reading of 'late-style' from Adorno's aesthetics, for an account of post/colonial Indian modernism.I am currently working on a book manuscript entitled " Excursions of Enlightenment: Adorno and Indian Modernism in Late-style".
