The 2017-2026 long-range plan shows the plant located on the southern tip of the West Timor island.[1]

Background on Plant
In the 2016-2025 long range plan, the project is shown at 2 x 50 MW. According to the plan, the project was previously 2 x 25 MW. It was delayed from 2022/23 to 2023/24.[2] The long-range plan for 2018-2027 delays the plant to some time after 2027.[3] In the 2019-2028 long-range plan Unit 1 is scheduled for 2027 and Unit 2 is not listed, suggesting that it is cancelled.[4]
