Prior to forming Olsen & Shuvalov, he managed political and public policy campaigns and served as Executive Vice President of Karl Rove & Company. The firm earned a national reputation for creating winning political strategies that have helped elect U.S. Senators, governors, legislative leaders and reform candidates to the Texas Supreme Court.
