Tom Eisenhauer, recently hired by presidential candidate John Kerry, "built up expertise in the bitter Texas redistricting wars as a longtime aide to Rep. Martin Frost (D-Texas). He recently signed on as the director of Kerry's office of media affairs, where he is helping to assemble Kerry's state operations." [1]
