Tom Hardie-Forsyth is a founder and non-executive director of the Kurdistan Development Corporation (KDC).
Hardie-Forsyth is a "physicist and Fellow of the Atlantic Council who is a trusted friend and advisor to H.E. Masoud Barzani," his KDC profile states. "He has spent the last 4 years working for the Civil Contingencies Secretariat at the UK Cabinet Office. He first became involved with Iraqi-Kurdistan when he went there as an army officer in 1991 and became instrumental in the 'Coalition Safe Haven Operation'." [1]
