Tracy R. Wolstencroft, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs.

"Tracy is global head of the Public Sector and Infrastructure Banking group. He is a member of the Partnership Committee and was formerly co-head of IBS Americas. He became a partner in 1994.

"Tracy joined the firm in 1985 in the Investment Banking Division. He was head of the US Debt Capital Markets Origination Group from 1987 to 1989. He was in IBS in Dallas from 1990 to 1998 and head of the Latin America Investment Banking Services Group from 1994 to 1998. He was co-head of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. from 1998 to 2000 and head of the Financial Institutions Group for all of Asia from 1998 to 2002. In 2000, Tracy became president of Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte., with a primary focus on our investment banking relationships in China.

"In 2002, he returned to New York and became co-head of IBS Americas and co-chair of Global Relationship Management. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Tracy worked at JP Morgan. Tracy earned his AB from Bowdoin College in 1980. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a trustee of The Nature Conservancy’s New York State Board, a member of the Council of Advisors to the National Geographic Society, and a trustee of Brunswick School. Tracy and his wife, Catherine, have three children and live in Greenwich, Connecticut." [1]
