Unwarranted extrapolation

Recognized as a logical fallacy, some propaganda predicts with certainty future events based on a few select circumstances. [1]

This can be used in a more sophisticated way by the careful selection of accepted facts and undermining or ignoring of other facts. In conjunction with repetition, false conclusions can be implied.
