Background on Plant

Wenergy Changfeng power station is a proposed 2 x 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal plant in Changfeng County. It was proposed in 2012.[1] The project was listed in the 2016 Changfeng county government's 5-year plan.[2]

As of December 2019 there has been no progress on the plant, and it appears to be abandoned.
