Background on Project

Guiyang Energy Group has proposed a captive coal-fired power station of two 350 MW units for phosphorus manganese production in Weng'an County.[1]

One unit was permitted for construction in 2015.[2]

However, there has been no further developments on this project since 2015,[3] and it appears to be cancelled.
