Background on Project

Guiyang Energy Group has proposed a captive coal-fired power station of two 350 MW units for phosphorus manganese production in Weng'an County.

One unit was permitted for construction in 2015.

However, there has been no further developments on this project since 2015, and it appears to be cancelled.
