William E. Gordon III
William E. Gordon III is the creator of unfitforcommand.us, an apparently unofficial website which promotes the message of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and their book, Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry.
Gordon is also the administrative contact for several other websites, including the following
- WillGordon.com and newsvigil.com, which both point to the same content, describing itself as "political, national and world news with a conservative slant."
- blogger.WillGordon.com, a weblog that calls itself "A Ranting Conservative" (now shut down).
- Berean-Baptist.net, the website of the Berean Baptist Church in Dawsonville, Georgia.
- AwesomePreaching.com, which features audio feeds of sermons from the Berean Baptist Church.
William Gordon calls Muslims 'stupid' and denies that Abu Ghraib scandal was abuse
William Gordon's weblog, 'A Ranting Conservative', has now been withdrawn from the internet. However, some pages are still available in the Google cache.
In the entry for June 18th 2004, Gordon wrote: "Well.. The stupid Muslims are at it again. First it was Nick Berg. Now they have beheaded Paul M. Johnson Jr. All this while the Liberal left is still complaining about the so called "prison abuses" in Iraq. We should just behead all the enemy combatants at Guantanamo so the bet [sic] wetting Dems will stop trying to send in the Red Cross." [1]
