William F. McCalpin
William F. McCalpin "became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF) in September 1998. He is responsible for finance, investment management, human resources administration, and information technology at the foundation. In addition, he works closely with the Fund’s president of grant program administration and on program development, monitoring, and assessment.
"Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. McCalpin was Director of Investments Related to Program at The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. Before joining the MacArthur Foundation in 1991, Mr. McCalpin served for seven years as a program officer at the RBF; for part of that time, he was also Treasurer of the Fund.
"Mr. McCalpin is an attorney with an undergraduate degree in economics. Prior to attending law school, he taught economics for two years in a Chinese college in Hong Kong." [1]
