Wirt D. Walker III

Wirt D. Walker III is an American investment banker. Chairman since 2003 of Eigerhawk, Ltd., a private investment firm.

1982-2002, Mr. Walker was a director and managing director of KuwAm Corporation, a private international business and investment firm he co-founded with Shk. M.Y. Al-Sabah of Kuwait. The corporation developed and brokered international business transactions and also established and managed two private investment partnerships providing capital and corporate finance services to more than 30 companies.

Mr. Walker has served as a director of several privately held and publicly traded companies. Prior to co-founding KuwAm Corporation he was a vice president, corporate finance and investments. He is a graduate of Lafayette College.
