The WOMMA website states that it is "the only word of mouth marketing association that includes both online and offline word of mouth."[1] Their website includes an Influencer Handbook.[2]

WOMMA was created in in 2004 and states that its members are "committed to building a prosperous word of mouth marketing profession based on best practices, effective standards, and ethical leadership."
