Biographical Information
"Wyolah Garden is the Program Coordinator for WECC and a Research Assistant and San Francisco Office Manager for the International Women’s Earth and Climate Initiative. She was born in Washington, D.C and spent her childhood attending events in the city's many international embassies, gaining a lifelong respect for the rich tapestry of cultural diversity. She graduated cum laude in English from California State University at Northridge, and did post graduate work in Political Science and Accounting.Wyolah developed her own style of business consulting -- Policy and Procedure Management -- and consulted for businesses in numerous fields of endeavor. Since 1986 Wyolah has been the Board Chair and Executive Director of Circles Art Inc., a California non-profit educational and charitable organization. She has been a General Partner in a tax accounting firm for the last seventeen years."[1]
