Background on Plant

Yongtai Peixian power station is a proposed 2 x 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal plant proposed for Datun Town in Pei County by Wintime Energy. The project was expected to receive approval from the Jiangsu Environmental Protection Agency in May 2016,[1] but did not.[2]
