Background on Plant

The plant powers the Yurginsky Machinery factory as well as the city of Yurga.[1] In June 2017 it was reported that the plant would become government property but it is not clear if this actually happened.[2] In January 2019 it was reported that the plant would become property of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC).[3]
