Zhong Zhao "joined IZA as a Research Associate in January 2005. He is currently on leave from Peking University. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Renmin University of China and a doctorate degree in economics from the Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Zhao also held visiting assistant professor positions at the University of Southern California in the spring of 2004 and served as short-term consultant to the World Bank on several occasions.
"His main areas of interest are labor economics, applied micro econometrics, and social program evaluation. He has published in both international and Chinese economics journals such as Review of Economics and Statistics and China Economic Quarterly." [1]
