Zolling power station is a one-unit coal-fired power plant with a total capacity of 474 MW. The plant was completed in 1986, and is owned by Engie.[1]
History
the first 40-MW unit went online in 1958. Three more sets followed by 1966. The old units were all demolished in 1989. The Unit-5 stack was transferred to GDF SUEZ (now Engie) in 2009 as part of a swap deal with E.ON.[1]
