Location

The port includes two separate dockland areas, the Yingkou old port at the mouth of the Liao River, and the Bayuquan port located directly on Liaodong Bay on the Bohai Sea.[1]

Background

The Port of Yingkou Bayuquan coal terminal is located in the fifth basin of the port. It has capacity for three million tonnes of coal, with an annual turnover of 35 million tons.[2]
