Al Beatty (Brown & Williamson) Tobacco Corporation Research & Development department c. 1988-2001. Leaf Supervisor. Concerned with leaf blending, blend development and agricultural research. Worked on Project Best.[1] [2][3] Co-workers were Buck Briggs, Ron Wright, Harry Dew, Steve Matthews, Ralph Murray, Rudy Tuck, DI Dunnavant and Kenneth Vick, according to a 2001 B&W organizational chart.[4]
