Biographical Information
"Alan E. Kilburn, OBE served as Chief Executive of Home Housing Association from 1976 to April 1998. Mr. Kilburn serves as Chairman of the Board at Affinity Sutton Group Ltd. He worked in housing for 40 years and has held senior positions in both local authority and housing association sectors. He is revolved in a number of charitable enterprises including the North East Civic Trust, the Northem Rock Foundation and the William Sutton Group of which he is Chairman. Mr. Kilburn served as Senior Independent Director of Barratt Developments Plc from April 1998 to November 28, 2006. " [1]
