Biographical Information
"Alexander Woollcombe is Oxfam’s Policy and Communications Coordinator in Ethiopia. He has been Senior UK Government Relations Manager and Acting Brussels Director for ONE, an advocacy and campaigning organisation that fights extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa. Prior to that, Zander worked as a freelance writer on Africa and development issues. He has also worked for Oxfam, the Conservative party, the EU and Peace Child International in West Africa, Brussels, India and South America. Zander holds an MA degree in History from the University of Edinburgh." [1]
