Allied Energy Services LLC (AES), which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a subsidiary of Cobb Energy. Cobb Energy is "a utility services company that serves more than 160,000 residential and commercial customers within the greater metropolitan area" of Atlanta, Georgia[1] which in turn is "an affiliate of Cobb Electric Membership Corporation (Cobb EMC)".[2]
