Amy Chastain is the Executive Director of the Bay Area Clean Water Agencies (BACWA) [1] She is mentioned in documents obtained under an open records investigation of collusion among the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and various external individuals and entities in the defense and promotion of promoting sewage sludge as "organic biosolids compost."
