Background

The Ananyiv Tiraspol Izmail Pipeline is a main pipeline in Ukraine's southern corridor. It enters Moldova through the Hrebenyky gas metering station. After re-entering to Ukraine, it exits to Romania through the Orlivka gas metering and pumping station. It is 256 km (159 mi) and has capacity of 23.7 billion cubic meters (840 billion cubic feet) per year.
