André Calantzopoulos in 2008 was Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris International. He was formerly an automotive engineer. In 2008, he was 51 years old. [1]
In December, 1997 PM created a new region called the Central Europe, Middle East and Africa Region and Calantzopoulos worked in that region. He was headquartered in Warsaw, Poland and reported directly to Jean-Claude Kunz. [2]
Prior to his appointment in Warsaw, in 1990, he served as PM's general manager in Finland.[3]
