Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, is the governor of New York State since January 2011. Previously, he was the New York state attorney general 2007 to 2011.[1]

Cuomo was a superdelegate in the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.
Endorsements
Cuomo's candidacy for Governor was endorsed by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and former Mayor Ed Koch.
