Andrew Orlowski is a Journalist working for The Register and PC Adviser. He is distinctly climate skeptical , being frequently quoted by Bishop Hill blogger Andrew Montford.
A skilled propagandist, Orlowski never misses an opportunity to press his agenda through uncitable claims such as "the political elite is almost entirely signed up to mitigation policies" [1]. His exagerations however are known to cross the border into fibs such as "Tim Yeo... wants us to carry carbon rationing cards"
[2]
Orlowski is reputed to have coined the term 'Googlewashing'[3]to describe the alleged practice of changing the meaning of a meme (in this example, w:Second Superpower) by web-publishing a well-linked article using the term in an inoffensive manner, stripped of its political significance.[4]
