Biographical Information

"Anne is a member of the Audit Committee. She was chief operating officer for the Americas for Ford Motor Company until 2006, the culmination of her 16 year career at the company. She has served on the Board of Lockheed Martin Corporation as a non-executive director since 2002 and is also the chairman and CEO of a privately held IT services business, SA IT. Prior to joining Ford in 1990, Anne spent ten years in a number of engineering, product development and sales and marketing roles at Exxon Chemical Co and three years as chairman and CEO of Carpenter Technology."
