Background

The pipeline will connect to both Tall Oak’s planned Panther Creek Natural Gas Processing Plant and a planned receipt point off the Enable Gas Transmission Pipeline.[1]

In May of 2018, Tall Oak Midstream launched a non-binding open season to secure prospective shippers for the pipeline, running from March 6 through March 30, 2018. Construction is expected to start in the second-quarter 2019, pending regulatory approval, with an operational target date by yearend 2019.[2]
