Biographical Information
" Avril Palmer-Baunack is Non Executive Chairman of Stobart Group. Avril became a Group Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive on 18 September 2012 following the Group’s acquisition of Autologic Holdings plc. Avril has extensive experience in the delivery of strategy and shareholder value within the public company environment.
"Avril served as CEO of Autologic from November 2007 and during her five years as CEO led a successful turn around. Avril was also CEO of Universal Salvage plc from 2005 to 2007, during which time she led a successful turn around of the company and subsequent sale. Avril is Non Executive Chair of Molins plc and Non Executive Chair of Helphire plc."[1]
