Industries, P.L.C. [2] Before January 1990, BATUS Holdings Inc. was known as BATUS Inc. BATUS Holdings Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal office and place of business in Louisville, Kentucky [3]
BATUS Holdings, Inc. manufactures, advertises and sells throughout the US the following brands: Kool, Barclay, BelAir, Capri, Raleigh, Richland, Laredo, Eli Cutter and Viceroy. The company operates as a subsidiary of British American Tobacco plc.
