Biographical Information

"H.E. Ambassador Barnabé Kikaya-bin-Karubi currently serves as a Member of Parliament and the DRC's Ambassador to the UK. Previously he was Minister of Information and Press, serving also as official government spokesman. He has also served as Private Secretary to the President of the DRC and as Ambassador to Zimbabwe with additional responsibility for Namibia and Botswana. He is an accomplished international businessman, holds a PhD in Political Science and Journalism."
