Background
The project was effectively shelved by the Philippines' government in 2017 when the Batangas-Manil Gas Pipieline was shelved due to right-of-way issues and concerns about insufficient supply for the pipeline.[2] Prior to that, there had been no development updates since 2010, so it is presumed to be cancelled.
