The End
PR Week reported that in October 2004 the company's CEO and founder Marybeth Belsito took medical leave and returned in May. In the meantime she had handed her role over to William Daddi, the company President. Belsito told PR Week that on her return the company had declined financially. Daddi disputed the magnitude of the problem and while acknowledging the company was in debt believed it had sufficient new clients to return to profitability. [1] (Sub req'd).
The two parted company with Belsito creating a new company Belsito Healthcare Communications and Daddi running his own company Daddi Brand Communications.
