Bill L. Cadman is a Republican member of the State Senate in Colorado, representing the 10th District since 2007. Before that he served in the Colorado House of Representatives from 2000 to 2007. Cadman is the Assistant Minority Leader and serves on the Local Government Committee and the State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee.[1]

Ties to the American Legislative Exchange Council

Cadman is the Colorado State Chairman of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as of 2011.[2] He also serves on ALEC’s Board of Directors. He received a total of $9,122.51 in ALEC “scholarships” according to data from 2006 to 2008.
