Billy Hewes, III is a Republican member of the State Senate in Mississippi, representing the 49th District. Hewes is President Pro Tempore and serves on the following committees: Rules (Chair); Business and Financial Institutions; Compilation, Revision and Publication; Elections; Environment Prot, Cons and Water Res; Ethics; Finance; Highways and Transportation; Housing; Insurance; Legislative Budget Committee; Municipalities; Ports and Marine Resources; Public Health and Welfare.[1]
